The Organists in Business conference was organised in Summer 2016 by the RCO and the Eric Thompson Trust. More than a dozen musicians at the top of their respective professions gave detailed guidance to an audience of organists looking to start, build, or change their careers. As well as essential business skills, the day provided great insight into opportunities for teaching, performing & conducting, examining, music publishing and much more besides.
