In a film to mark the 250th anniversary of Beethoven's birth, Richard Brasier looks at his working life and short career as an organist in Bonn.  He discusses how important Beethoven's work as an organist was to him, how much it shaped the future of his work as a composer, and how it changed the course of piano playing in general during the Classical period.
