RCO Members, Trustees, Examiners, and members of the College management team gathered for the College's annual Conferment Ceremony at Southwark Cathedral on Saturday 4 March, when RCO President David Hill presented successful candidates in the College's examinations in the previous year with their awards and diplomas.
