The winner of the inaugural IAO/RCO Organ Playing Competition
Peterborough Cathedral, venue for the IAO/RCO Organ Playing Competition, on the evening of the finals This year's Incorporated Association of Organists (IAO) Music Festival in Peterborough hosted the first IAO/RCO Organ Playing Competition, open to organists between the ages of 18 and 26 years. Before the Festival opened, six semi-finalists had been chosen from submitted recordings: Callum Alger (Northampton), Calum Anderson (London), Alex Jones (Bishops Stortford), Rong Rong (Shanghai), Marko Sever (London) and Polina Sosnina (Brentwood).
