Young organists who attended Creative Oundle for Organists’ Summer School and the Royal College of Organists' The Organ Student Experience Week  (TOSE) in the summer of 2024 were invited to complete a survey designed to obtain data about what matters to them as they start to learn the instrument and consider pursuing it further during higher education, and then possibly as a career.
