Sir Andrew Parmley, RCO Chief Executive, presents Robert Hoare with his replacement ARCO certificate. Organist Robert Hoare contacted the RCO recently to ask if it was possible to have a replacement ARCO certificate.  He had passed the examination in 1954 but now, at 93, had no idea where his original certificate was.  This was not too surprising, as Robert lost his sight at the age of eighteen months due to German measles.  However this hadn't prevented him having an impressive career as organist and teacher, and full of admiration for what Robert had achieved, RCO Chief…
