Working with orchestras – an introduction by Nicholas Cleobury

Conductor Nicholas Cleobury looks at the differences between conducting a capella, and working with orchestras.  In the first film he discusses conducting skills in general, and the use of the baton.  In the second film he uses Haydn's Little Organ Mass (Missa Brevis No7 in Bb) as an example to suggest how to prepare a score when working with choral and instrumental forces combined.
